A very versatile red, which combines excellently with main dishes of red meats, stews, rice meat, legumes and other spoon stews.

ELABORATION

The Embruix de Vall Llach wine is made with grapes harvested from vines with average ages around 12 years located on poor slate soils.

After the harvest, the bunches that arrive at the winery are selected and destemmed to then pass to stainless steel tanks of 2500 liters and 5000 liters where they ferment at a controlled temperature (between 25ºC and 29ºC) for 17 days with a daily punching and gentle pumping.

In addition, a post-fermentation maceration takes place for 12 days, followed by gentle pressing. Malolactic fermentation takes place in equal parts in stainless steel tanks and barrels.

Finally, the wine carries out its aging process of 12 months in barrels of third and fourth wine (These are made with light and medium toasted French oak of fine grain). A transfer is carried out in the breeding

TASTING NOTES

VIEW: It has an intense red color with high layer and violet edges.

AROMA: Very expressive on the nose. The main protagonist is the ripe red and black fruit (plums, blackberries, currants ...) combined with other mineral and spicy notes.

TASTE: Its entry in the mouth is powerful and with good volume. Its soft tannins and its fruit and licorice flavor with a very pleasant slight mineral point stand out.
