Red wine crianza D.O.Ca Rioja, made with 100% Tempranillo grapes that age for 12 months in barrels before finishing refining another year in bottle. Wine with all the character of the Rioja Alavesa, powerful and elegant.

Selected grapes from vineyards in the Rioja Alavesa. Vatting of destemmed grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature (28ºC). Long maceration for 28 days approx.

Aging and aging In Bordeaux barrels in its second year, of French cleft oak of 225 l. capacity.

Description and history

The main objective of Bodegas Palacio throughout its history has been and is to achieve the highest quality in the production of wines. It has the right grapes, coming from the heart of Rioja Alavesa, practically one hundred percent of Tempranillo grapes, the finest variety.

Palacio wines are aged and aged in six thousand French oak barrels and three hundred American oak barrels completely renovated. With the best wood selected in France and North America.
