Its fruity sensations and soft tannins, combine especially with all kinds of tapas made with fresh food; such as red meats, blue fish, cheeses and, especially, with all kinds of sausages. Serve between 14-16°C.

Description and Origin

Altos Ibéricos takes its name from Alto Otero, a beautiful place where our winery is located in the municipality of Labastida, north of the Iberian Peninsula.

This noble wine of the Torres family, made with the Tempranillo variety, is aged 12 months in oak barrels and a long time in the bottle.

Tasting notes

Cherry cherry color. Frank and intense nose of white flowers and red fruits, in balance with the spicy and roasted aromas that the remainance in oak barrels has brought. The entrance in the mouth is fresh and velvety, with a long route in which the fineness and softness of its tannins is expressed.
