HOW IS RENÉ BARBIER "KRALIER SECO" WHITE MADE?

The Kraliner Seco is a young white wine, without aging and the pradigma of the dry white wine of the Penedès. Like the red oak wine, we are facing a coupage wine with the particularities that this entails. The blend consists of 40% of the Xarel·lo variety, 30% of Parellada grapes and 30% of Macabeo.

HOW TO DRINK RENÉ BARBIER WHITE WINE "KRALINER SECO" WHITE?

This wine pairs well with fish and seafood. Service temperature between 7º and 9ºC.

TASTING NOTES

View: Pale yellow color alimonado with elegant greenish tones.

Nose: Aroma of good intensity among which the apple, the banana with a light background of citrus fruits.

Palate: Fresh and tasty in the mouth, with slight acidity and elegant balance in its path. The fruity taste lasts a long time in the mouth, recalling green apples.
