Beefeater is the most exported premium gin brand in the world and is used in homes, bars and clubs in about 170 countries.

BEEFEATER is an all-natural beverage produced from pure grain alcohol, distilled exclusively with natural botanicals. It never falls below 40% graduation, since alcohol is very important to maintain flavor and aromas and consistently guarantee quality and taste.

In 1820 James Burrough created the drink from the perfect blend of botanicals and grain. The distillate method and secret recipe that James created is still used in the making of gin today.

Looking for a name for his gin that represented the heart and full body, Burrough found inspiration in the "Beefeaters", the guards who guard the Tower of London.

The first distillery BEEFEATER was founded on the banks of the River Thames to be moved production in 1958 to Kennington in need of a better and larger distillery. Today it is still produced there. BEEFEATER is the only English gin (London Dry Gin) produced in London.
