How is the process of making gin BOMBAY Dry Gin?

Thanks to eight exotic botanicals, our classic London Dry gin offers a traditional flavor with intense hints of juniper and a powerful dry finish.

Unlike many other gins, we used eight botanicals to create our London Dry flavor. Each of them is collected by hand to preserve their individual qualities, which will be incorporated into this excellent classic blend.

To make our gin we steamed the botanicals, we never boiled them. By distilling the ingredients in this way, we can impregnate each drop with its characteristic flavors.

Made still following the traditional recipe created in 1761, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Dry has, in its essence, our innovative steam infusion process.
