Younger brother of the better known Fernet, Branca menta has a rather "recent" history in the national panorama of bitters, and was created by the skillful hand of Fratelli Branca, a historic Milanese liquor store since 1845. It is a bitter that is based on Fernet, that is, an abundant and secret mixture of herbs and spices, but with the addition of Piedmontese peppermint essential oil, which is the quality of the most balsamic and valuable mint in the world.

It should be drunk strictly cold, with 2-3 ice cubes or mixed in some cocktails.
