The word "Mare" has a great weight in all the Mediterranean culture and immediately leads us to "Mar" which is the exact translation in Italian. But investigating a little more thoroughly we discover that in other languages its meaning leads us towards a more familiar meaning, specifically maternal. At the same time, we must remember a universal concept that would encompass "Mare Nostrum", the sea of all the communities that live under this magical Mediterranean influence that unites the love for gastronomy, for the pleasant climate, a lifestyle with different values where time runs differently from the rest of the world.
