Gin Mare is created with Mediterranean craftsmanship and times, with the aim of achieving an exceptional gin: from its premium barley base, through delicate macerations and distillations independent of each of its botanicals (some as in the case of citrus fruits take a harmonization process of more than one year) to author blending that allows each of its botanicals to express all their characteristics in the final product.

THE NAMING OF GIN MARE

The word "Mare" has a great weight in all Mediterranean culture and immediately leads us to "Mar" which is the exact translation in Italian. But digging a little deeper we discover that in other languages its meaning leads us to a more familiar, specifically maternal meaning. At the same time, we must remember a universal concept that would encompass "Mare Nostrum", the sea of all the communities that live under this magical Mediterranean influence that unites the love for gastronomy, for the pleasant climate, a lifestyle with different values where time runs differently from the rest of the world.
