The Customer is the natural or legal person who contracts the products or services marketed from the Online Store.

1. The Online Shop

www.miniboxbar.com is dedicated to the online sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages and other products in small format.

2. Information and data

The delivery date to the Customer's address will be: Peninsula (Spain) between 24/48 hours; Balearic Islands and Portugal between 48/72 hours; Countries of the European Union between 5 and 7 days, from the date of dispatch of the order from the warehouse and will depend on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. Transport times are indicative.

7. Customer Rights and Return Policy

www.miniboxbar.com does not guarantee its Customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered from the website, except for products in which a certain guarantee or availability is expressly cited.

www.miniboxbar.com guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

• Defective products Given the nature of the product, returns of those products that are defective, deteriorated or that present breakages due to transport will be accepted, for which the Customer will have a period of fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the order, where the necessary steps will be taken to replace it with one again in perfect condition and without any additional charge.
  If the product is not available, www.miniboxbar.com will proceed to refund the amount that the customer has paid, including shipping costs, according to the form of payment used in the purchase.
• Products in good condition During the fourteen calendar days after receipt of the order, the customer may return and / or exchange any item purchased in the Online Store of www.miniboxbar.com as long as they meet the following conditions: they have not been opened or used, have the original label and keep their original packaging or box. Provided that all these requirements have been respected and the product in question has been returned together with the delivery note and if appropriate invoice issued, www.miniboxbar.com, will proceed to the refund of the amount of the returned products. The transport costs of the return will be borne by the customer. If the return cannot be accepted due to the lack of conformity with the conditions indicated above, www.miniboxbar.com will contact the customer.

If a product other than the one requested by the Customer is delivered by mistake from www.miniboxbar.com, this will be removed and the correct product will be delivered to you at no additional charge to the Customer.
